As per Rules and Guidelines except

A final decision on the use of DBMM v1.1 (or 2.0) will be taken on February 13 th . It is only likely that DBMM v1.1 (or 2.0) will be utilised if fully published on or before that that date.

This is confirmation that DBMM v1.0 with commentary will be utilised at Challenge 2010

Army lists may only be drawn from DBMM Army Lists Books 1, 2 & 3, DBMM Draft Army List Book 4 (see http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/DBMMlist/files/ ) or published DBMM Book 4 if published prior to March 6th. If Book 4 has not been published then the qualifying draft shall be the one in the Yahoo files section on March 6 th – If you do not have a copy of that and need one – please contact the list checker (see below) and he will endeavour to supply one.
