Bar & Catering

Friday 31 March

Snack bar open with hot cold drinks, confectionary, sandwiches etc. From 18.00 Licensed bar selling a full range of liquor, there is a hot drinks machine available, a full range of snacks and sandwiches will be available from the bar as will a hot chaffing dish selection, which will be a curry or lasagne.

Saturday 1 April Breakfast as normal

All day snack bar in Ancillary hall selling a selection of snacks and beverages including alcohol, with an enhanced selection at lunch time. Dinner ( from 8.30pm) a call order menu with steaks, mixed grill, chicken Tikka with rice etc, Gammon steak with egg and fries, veg, salads etc. The full menu will be on show throughout the day and meals should be prebooked where possible. Dinner will be served in the main dining room in a specially prepared and screened of area which will help to create a more relaxed atmosphere.
The bar will be open from 19.00 until late and a selection of snacks and sandwiches will be available

The menu for the Saturday evening will be along the lines of ;-
        a selection of starters costed separately.

        Rib eye steak with garnish ( cooked to order)   £7.00

        Salmon Steak with Almonds                       £7.00

        Chicken supreme chasseur                        £6.00

        Gammon Steak with fried egg                     £5.50

        Beef Madras with rice and accompaniments        £5.00

All of the above served with fries or potatoes, vegetables or salad

A selection of gateau's and desserts or cheese and biscuits from £1.50


Sunday 2 April Breakfast as usual

All day snack bar as Saturday. Sunday lunch (from 12 noon) menu to be confirmed.
