COMPETITION DELEGATE BOOKING FORM

The competition is organised and administered by the British Historical Games Society. Entry fees and any queries to be addressed to The BHGS The White Cottage, 8 Westhill Ave. Epsom, KT19 8LE. Tel. 01372 812132. Fax. O1372 817038. BHGS@slitherine.co.uk All postal correspondence must be accompanied by a SAE. Players who indicate an e-mail address will receive details via e-mail. Admission to the tournament is at the sole discretion of the organisers and their decision on all matters is final. An application to enter denotes acceptance of these rules.

Sponsored or reduced entry fees are available to the following. Players under 18 years of age are allowed free entry (if 16 years or less must be accompanied by a responsible adult). Also full time students are allowed entry at half price. A discount of £10 per entry may deducted from any Competitors Convention Package if booked before the 1st July. All offers are restricted to BHGS members (registered at 1st January this year) entering an historical figure gaming period, and offers may not be combined.

Entry can only be made by sending payment. No pre booking by e-mail or other means is allowed. Cheques made payable to “BHGS”.

A limited number of day entries may become available if there are any table spaces available after residential bookings are filled. Announcements concerning this will be made at a later date and they cannot be pre-booked until that time. Players whose permanent home address is Manchester can enter on a day basis. The cost of a day package is £37.50 and does not include breakfast or parking.

Car Parking at the NCP Car park in Charles Street is included in all packages for residential delegates. The BHGS will refund (on presentation of a car park ticket) the cost of parking for the entire event. Refund not to exceed 4 full days parking. Any additional costs incurred by removing and re-parking your vehicle throughout the event will not be covered. NB Refunds will only be made on presentation of an appropriate parking ticket.
