DEMONSTRATION/PARTICIPATION/DISPLAY GAMES BOOKING FORM

The event is organised and administered by the British Historical Games Society.  All queries to be addressed to    All postal correspondence must be accompanied by a SAE.  Those who indicate an e-mail address will receive details via e-mail.  Admission to the event is at the sole discretion of the organisers and their decision on all matters is final. An application to attend denotes acceptance of these rules.  Bookings can only be made by sending payment.  No pre booking by e-mail or other means is allowed. FULL 2 DAY TRADE SHOW, including a wide variety of Demonstration, Participation and Display games together with the UK Nationals Tournament which will be taking place throughout the weekend. We will continue with the highly successful Shopping Frenzy Hour to allow gamers a greater opportunity to visit the Trade Stands and have added 2 extra days for those that can come along early, and remember that your parking on site is FREE. We will as usual host a full range of Competition Periods and the event will again be run in conjunction with the MIND SPORTS OLYMPIAD. Our aim is to offer a varied diet of wargaming activities and create an event that will be a showcase for the hobby. Each and every year that we have hosted the show it has been featured on a variety of Radio & TV Stations, Local and National Newspapers, so come along and help us make this years Britcon a memorable event.  THE BHGS TROPHY WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE BEST DEMONSTRATION / PARTICIPATION OR DISPLAY GAME, AND IS HELD UNTIL NEXT YEARS BRITCON.
