Tournament Rules
Army Selection
- Armies are up to 4,000 points obeying the normal 60/40 rules
- No unit can cost more than 1,000 points including characters. Unattached characters may not join units if that would take them over 1,000 points.
- Only one type of army type can be represented for your army(no allies)
- All monsters from outside the army count as elite
- Wizard casting school may be selected prior to each game
- Vehicles count as Elite
- Base ½, 1 or 2 models must be purchased in units of 5 or more
- Monsters costing 100 points or less must be purchased in units of at least 3 models.
- If you want to create a unit, creature or vehicle for your army, you may do so, but please email the umpire with details at least one month prior to the event. It is possible the umpire may not allow a created unit etc if he feels it is not balanced.

- Army lists should be submitted to the umpire Tony Garry via email at tonygarry@hotmail.com or by post to 104 Evelyn Street, London, SE8 5DD. Lists should be submitted no later than four weeks before the event.
Terrain
- Each player may bring up to three pieces of terrain no more than 8”x 8”. Each player takes turns placing terrain, either his own or his opponents. Once all terrain has been placed roll a scatter dice plus 3D6 to determine final placing. If the terrain scatters off table roll 1D6 on a 4+ it bounces any remaining distance back on to the table. If a player brings no terrain then his opponent may set up all the terrain as he sees fit and pick his table side.
Battle Rules
- Roll a D6 highest picks table sides
- Deployment is as described on page 33 of the rule book under “ Placing Units”.
- Units may be deployed no closer than 12” to the centre line or table side edges.
- The game will be played for any number of turns within the allotted time limit or until their opponent is reduced to less than 1000 points worth of units/characters remaining on table.
Scoring
Points are scored at the end of the battle as follows:
- Full points value of units destroyed
- Half the points value of units reduced to 33% of their starting strength
- Full points for characters killed who cost less than 100 VP
- 150% of victory points for characters killed who cost 100 or more points.
- If you break your opponent you score the maximum possible points for his army.
Subtract the losers score from that of the winner and compare to the following table:

The loser scores 32 points less those scored by the winner
Score sheets shall be
completed, including your delegate number, signed and handed in within 10 minutes
of the finish time.
Admission to the
tournament is at the sole discretion of the organisers and their decision on all matters
is final. An application to enter denotes acceptance of the rules. Entry fees and any
