The DBM and DBR competitions are administered by the British Historical Games Society on behalf of the main event organisers Derby Wargames Associates. O1372 817038. mailto:BHGS@slitherine.co.uk All correspondence must be accompanied by a SAE. Players who indicate an e-mail address will receive details via e-mail. Admission to the tournament is at the sole discretion of the BHGS and their decision on all matters is final. An application to enter denotes acceptance of these rules.
The entry fee is £36 per team of three named players, or £12 per individual where a team comprises of less than three named players. This supplement is also payable by any team submitting an entry with unnamed players / POOLS In this case the players / POOL must be named by the time army lists are submitted. Failure to comply with this condition will disqualify the team and the entry fee will be forfeit. Entry can only be made by sending payment. No pre booking by e-mail or other means is allowed. Cheques made payable to "BHGS".Please note that all teams wishing to participate must enter by the required deadline.
